The Donut Mill project presented a complex architectural lighting challenge defined by extreme scale, harsh environmental exposure, and precise DMX control requirements. The project required four massive, static windmill blades, each spanning nearly 20 feet, to be evenly illuminated as a visual landmark.

U Technology worked together with Calgary’s own resin pour carpentry masters, Black Forest Wood Co. to develop a lighting solution for the custom bar tops Black Forest created for Launch Pad Golf Heritage Pointe.
